Today we launch our new Summer Menu. We have included many new meat free options.

The emphesis is on fresh ingredients - made on the premsies - and amazing recipes.

We are aiming to have half our menu Meat Free. Not just a veggie option.

We don't like to labeling food meat of veggie. We just want to serve good food.

Vegan lovely!

We don't think just because you are vegan you should miss out on some of the good things in life.

Like 'fish' and chips for example. The latest additon to our ever growning Vegetarian and vegan selection is this delicious take on a classic.

Tofu wrapped in Nori, with a tangy vegan beer batter, served with our own tartar sauce and of course chips and mushy peas!  

Even if you just want to eat less meat or are having a meat free day. This dish really packs a punch with a real taste of the sea and you don't feel your are left out with ' just the veggie option'

London Beer Week

Next weeks sees the start of London Beer Week. A London wide celebration of the nations favorite drink.

The Dove and The Dovetail will be taking part and serving some great British and Belgian beers.

The Dove will feature ELB pale ale at £3.00 for wristband wearers and

The Dovetail will feature Delirium Tremens at £3.00 (normally £4.25)

New Menu for autumn.

We have changed our menu to reflect the change in the season.

Keeping our classic and favourites whilst adding some great new dishes.

We love great meat but we don't want our vegetarian friends to feel second class and you will find some really great vegetarian and a vegan option. From our popular chick pea and sweet potato burger to our new savoury bread pudding. You will find more veg options now and moving forward as we introduce our meat free Mondays promotion later in the month. Reflecting our own and our customers desire to eat less meat.

Zwanze Day 20th September 2014 at 8pm at The Dove Broadway Market.

Every year the brewers at Cantillon famous for their Lambic beers, produce a very limited quantity of an exclusive beer known as the Zwanze. This year it is 'Cuvee Florian' and you can find out more about its history here.

Only 45 outlets around the globe get a barrel of this exclusive brew. This year The Dove on Broadway Market is one of only three proud outlets in the UK who will be serving this great beer.

The tradition is the Zwanze is simultaneously tapped with the Cantillon Brewery in Belgium, 8 pm on Saturday 20th September, 2014.

 

 

All proceeds from the sale of the Zwanze will go to St Joseph's Hospice in Hackney. We only get one barrel and the beer will be sold on a first come first served basis from 8pm.

Our world of beers expands.

If you can't get away on holiday this year, don't worry we are bringing the world of beers to you.

In addition to our extensive Belgian Beer selection, we now have beers from France, Italy, Hawaii, United States and Mexico. 

Find out which beers by conslting out beer menu here. During the next few weeks we will be offering free tastings of our new beers and if you would like to taste a particular beer then please ask one of our bar staff when you visit next.

We don't have your favorite beer?  If you would like us to carry a beer which you love then let us know and we will try it ourselves and see what we think.

Live jazz is back at The Dove for a sweet Sunday evening.

Featuring top jazz musicians from the UK and further afield.  Every Sunday evening from 09/02/14.

We kick off the season with Tom White, on trombone, Bill Mudge, organ, and Peter Ibbetson on drums.

This event is free. From 6 pm.

So come along and support this amazing cast of talented musicians.

We know lots of people meet their soul mates here.

Many of you come back to tell us, to have your wedding party here and even bring your new born babies to see where mum and dad met.

If you met your loved one at The Dove and would like to share your story with us you could win a Valentines meal for two with a bottle of champagne
