Terms and conditions

1. 2. The Christmas menu is only available if booked and paid for in advance.

An optional table service of 12.5% will be added to your final bill on the day. All service

payments are given directly to staff.

3. 4. 5. All members of the group have to order from the Christmas set menu.

Full payment needs to be made 3 days prior to your booking.

Payments need to be paid by the organizer in one payment. Please use your initial, date of

your booking and number of guests as a reference, eg KS (name) 12 (date) 6 (number of

guests, KS 12 6.

6. 7. On receipt of menu choices and payment, your booking is then confirmed.

Depending on the size of your party you will be seated at the same table, or group of

tables. Large parties may have to be split between tables.

8. Lunchtime bookings will be required to clear tables by mid- afternoon to allow time for

evening service.

9. Should you wish to stay for drinks, we may have to ask you to move tables.

10. Cancellations and amendments. A full refund will be given if written cancellations are

made within 3 days of your booking.

Deposits and payments are per person, non transferable, and cannot be used as a credit to the

whole, or towards your final bill
