Terms and Conditions

The Christmas Menu is served from Friday 1st December until Saturday 23rd December

The set Christmas Menu is only available Monday to Friday all day and Saturday until 5 pm

The set Christmas menu is only served if booked in advance and all members of the party must have the set Christmas Menu

All members of the party need to take either a two or three course option we cannot combine options Payment

Full payment for the food needs to be made in advance in order to secure your date and time.

On receipt of your completed booking form including menu choices and full payment your booking will then be confirmed. 

For the avoidance of doubt menu choices and full payment needs to be made 5 days prior to the event.

A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to all bills. All this will be shared will all the Dove’s wonderful staff

Seating and Table timings

Depending upon the size of your party you will be seated at the same table or group of tables Large parties may be split between tables

Lunch time bookings normally need to clear the tables by mid afternoon so we can prepare the tables for the evening service.

Should you wish to stay on for drinks you are more than welcome and unless we absolutely have to we will not ask you to move.

Changes, amendments and cancellations

Within 7 days changes may be made but no refund will be due if numbers in the party are reduced.

Cancellations or amendments outside 7 days – a full refund will be given
