Christmas Day sittings.
We expect to have two sittings on Christmas day. The first around 1.30pm and the second around 4.30 pm. Until confirmed this will be referred to as early or late sitting when you send off your enquiry.
Please bear with us as we are trying to asses levels of interest before we firm up these timings
Deposit and payments
To confirm the booking we require a deposit of £10 per person. This secures your booking and is redeemable against your bill on the day of the event.
Full payment is required minimum 7 days prior to date of booking.
Deposits can be made in the following ways.
Bookings can only be made and confirmed by email form Dove Pubs Ltd.
Deposits can be paid by cheque, or by card or cash in person. If paying by CC or in cash please pay in person or at The Dove or by calling Kate Strizaker the Manageress on 0207 2757617.
Bank transfer. The party organiser should make a single payment on account making sure to include the reference number for your event which you will be given when confirming your booking.
Allocation of your payment cannot be made without this reference number. If in doubt about this get in touch.

The deposit can only refunded if we have written notice cancelling the reservation 7 days before the date of the booking. The deposit for "no shows" cannot be credited to the final bill i.e. no refund if members of your party do not turn up. Payments are per person, non transferable and cannot be used towards payment of the bill as a whole.
A 12.5% discretionary service charge will be added to the bill.
Large parties may be split between tables Seating arrangements remain at all times in our discretion though we will do our utmost to accommodate your party as desired.
Please advise us as soon as you can if you or any member or your party is likely to be late. Given the nature of Christmas bookings and the knock on effect to other bookings it is important you let us know as soon as you can.
We will hold your table for 15 minutes from the confirmed time of your booking. If we do not hear from you to amend your booking we reserve the right to release the table for other guests.
Any allergies or specific dietary requirements MUST be advise at time of booking. We cannot guarantee that any of our meals do not contain nuts of any allergy containing ingredients..
